Lisa Pape

Lisa has over 35 years of experience in the Property & Casualty claims business. She demonstrates strong technical knowledge and has the leadership skills to ensure claims are handled strategically, driving favorable outcomes with best-in-class client experience.     

Before joining Oswald in 2016, Lisa began her career on the carrier side with Cigna. She then moved to the TPA side of the business at Gallagher Bassett Services, where she spent 20 years as the branch manager in Auburn Hills, Michigan.     

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS 

Lisa received her Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Michigan State University, her Master of Business Administration from Lawrence Technological University and has earned the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation.
