Brian Stovsky

Brian Stovsky joined Oswald Companies in 2017 within Oswald’s Large Accounts and Private Equity practices. Brian became the Business Development Leader of Oswald’s Private Equity Practice in 2020, leading and managing the new business and transactional due diligence teams, and became the practice leader for the Private Equity and M&A vertical across all Unison Risk Advisor companies nationally in 2024. Brian is responsible for creating and maintaining new relationships with equity investors, strategic acquirers, their portfolio companies, and other acquisitive companies throughout the US as well as collaborating with all Unison Risk Advisors companies relative to Private Equity and M&A opportunities.

Prior to joining Oswald, Brian worked as an associate for PwC in their audit practice as well as Edgepoint, a sell-side investment banking firm in Cleveland, Ohio.

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS

Mr. Stovsky earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Miami University (OH) and MBA from Cleveland State University. Brian is a board member of the Alliance of Mergers & Acquisitions Advisors (AM&AA), Empower Sports, a nonprofit which provides sports and exercise programs to children and adults with various physical and cognitive disabilities, and Stella Maris, a substance abuse treatment center in Cleveland, Ohio. Brian is also actively involved with the Cleveland chapter of the Association of Corporate Growth (ACG) and Ohio chapter of Hockey Players in Business (HPIB).
